Saturday-Sunday 7 am-midnight
From midnight to 7 am, contact your nurse hotline provided free by your insurance company. This information can be found on your insurance card.

An example of a good use of our after-hours triage nurse would be asking her if your child needs to go to the Emergency Room or if they can wait until the office is open the next business day.

If your child or teen has a life-threatening emergency such as seizure, turning blue, choking, electrical burn, apnea or loss of consciousness, please call 911 and not our triage line.
If your child eats or is exposed to a poison, chemical, medication that is not theirs, or is stung by a scorpion, please call poison control at 1-800- 222-1222.
Finally, please utilize our website. We have loads of information about common childhood illnesses and dosing of common medications such as Tylenol, Ibuprofen and Benadryl. During office hours, we have wonderful triage nurses who are happy to answer any routine questions you may have.
